The climate movement is bringing together many issues across the economic, political, environmental and social justice arenas to address the common goal of creating a fairer and safer world for all. The Christian community has an important role in building the faith voice for climate justice. Come to our Supporters’ Day to explore how we can mobilise our church communities to speak out, to consider what is unique to our Christian calling and how we can support faith-led climate campaigns.

Following a short AGM to hear about our activities over the last year there will be a range of speakers and workshops, including: updates on the Pilgrimage to Paris and the People’s Pilgrimage; the ‘Baked Alaska’ eco drama tour; how to mobilise churches; exploring our Christian calling to action; next steps for the Bright Now campaign; faith and activism; and running prayer events for the Paris COP.

See the full programme and travel directions here.

The cost for the day is £10 / £5 and please bring lunch to share.
