At Romero House, we will share office space with CAFOD – the international development charity and official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales – and Green Alliance, an independent think tank and charity focused on environmental issues.
Julia Corcoran, Operation Noah’s Bright Now Campaign Manager, previously worked at Romero House in her former role with CAFOD and says that Operation Noah’s new offices are in a building known for its environmental credentials.
‘The building has solar panels on its roof, water collection to flush the toilets, heat pumps, and some of the tables and chairs were upcycled…it is a demonstration of how charities, organisations and Churches can use their own buildings as climate solutions,’ Julia said.
