Are you a Christian with a passion for addressing the climate and biodiversity crises – and do you believe the Church has a vital role to play?

Operation Noah is looking for two new trustees, and we are particularly keen to hear from people who have a background in finance/ fundraising, human resources or land use.

We are also looking to increase the diversity of our board, especially in terms of ethnicity, denominational affiliation and UK region/nation.

If you are interested in learning more and having a discussion about joining our Board of Trustees, please email us at admin@operationnoah.org.

Our Board of Trustees meets approximately 8 times per year, with meetings lasting two hours and held almost entirely on Zoom. There are also opportunities for board members to join a subcommittee, to speak at churches/ conferences/ events on behalf of Operation Noah, and to use their professional skills and expertise by making strategic decisions that will help strengthen and grow the charity.

Nicky Bull, a current Operation Noah trustee, said this:

‘I joined the Board of Trustees of Operation Noah in June 2012 and it has been a hugely rewarding experience. I had very little specialist knowledge but I was concerned that climate change was not seen as a crucial issue within the Christian Church and it has been really encouraging to see the changes that have taken place over the last decade and to be part of an enthusiastic team helping to bring about those changes. I have learned a great deal and would really recommend anyone who might have a flair for fundraising or who has expertise in HR to consider joining the inspirational group of people who are the trustees of Operation Noah.’
